Is that how it works? I just thought that a Speedster needed to vibrate at the frequency of air in order to vibrate. I highly doubt that phasing would work on kryptonian, since their physiology more complex than human and he needs to know her molecular frequency to phase through her. If your referring to Savitar not wanting to do it, then I argue that, as soon as he figures out his normal attacks don't do anything, he'll break out the vibrations. If Speedsters vastly inferior to Savitar can do it, then it stands to reason that he could do it as well. Savitar never phased through anyone so he isn't phasing here. It was never said that savitar was at light speed so he can't have infinite mass punch. In other words, Savitar stomps (unless he decides that he wants to take his time, in which case the 'battle' will last a minute rather than less than a second). A question to Flash fans reading this: is it possible to vibrate someone in a way that they're unconscious? If so, Savitar could really just do that If we disregard that, then he either throws her into the Speedforce or vibrates individual bodyparts causing her to be completely ineffective. In rounds 1 and 3, then he's just going to be punching her with infinite mass punches until she goes down (if his normal punches don't kill Flash, they won't do anything to Kara). Savitar-I don't see any reason why he couldn't just vibrate his hand through her heart.
